Step 3: The shutter frame is placed, adjusted and drilled into the window frame.  Step 4: Shutter panels are attached. Step 5: Operation is tested.  ### For roller shutters: Step 1: It is determined exactly where on the wall above the window the shutter will be mounted on to.  Step 2: Holes are drilled into the wall and the shutter guides.  Step 3: Insert the wall plugs. Step 4: The shutter guides are slid onto the end plate legs and secured. Step 5: The shutter is placed onto the wall.  Step 6: The shutter guides are secured. Step 7: Motorisation is wired.  When installing shutters, it is generally best to rely on a professional as self-installation may cause damage to the shutters that is not covered by your supplier.
